Waitlist privacy notice
Last updated 3 November 2026.
Who handles your data
Runichost, Roma, P.IVA 03368710590. For requests about your data use the form at the bottom of this page. The service isn't open yet: this notice covers the waitlist only.
What we collect
- The email you type in the form.
- Your answers, if you give them: what you want to run, which modpack, how many of you, the plan you're interested in.
- The page language and where you came from: the code in the link (for example
?ref=…) or the name of the site that sent you.
Why and on what basis
To write to you when we open, as you asked, and to know which modpacks to test first and how many servers to prepare. The basis is your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b). We don't send you advertising and we don't give your data to anyone.
How long we keep it
Up to 6 months after the opening email. If we haven't opened within 12 months of your signup, we delete it anyway. If you ask to be taken off the list, we delete it at once.
Visits
This page uses no cookies and loads nothing from other sites. We count how many people visit it and how many sign up: so as not to count a reload twice we compute a fingerprint (hash) of the IP address and browser together with a random value that changes every day. The next day the fingerprints and that value are deleted and only the totals stay: the IP address isn't stored and you can't be recognised from one day to the next. To stop abuse, the address of whoever sends the form stays in the signup limit for at most one day.
Who else sees it
The server provider, Contabo GmbH (Germany), with servers in the European Union, and Cloudflare, which protects the site and sees the requests pass. Nobody else.
Your rights
You can take yourself off the list any time with the form below: your email and answers are deleted at once. To correct your answers, sign up again with the same email. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (garanteprivacy.it).
